 dropped connections
Have NTL for about 3 years now. Was great until the last month or so. Ever since they announced this free increase in speed to 3MB, the connection keeps dropping. Two nights in the last week we had no connectivity at all and the speed really sucks late at night.
I tried calling customer service but got fed up waiting, especially after the general announcement about the 'national' outage!
Anyone else having trouble with their connection in Dublin 12?
