get a new ISP! tried contactng them about a upgrade in my pack,they dident respond so now they r losing my service

I disagree with that, they have called me plenty of times <although they shouldn't need to IYSWIM> about issues, normally a mail asking for an engineer to call you responds with a call.
As for me, there are 2 other ISP's I can go with and both have horrific write-ups on the net (one being Ice).
