 Eircom
I have a Eircom 1mb connection. A couple of months ago I tested it here and was getting 1.7mb down and about 200 up. I checked the Netopia status page and was it said my connection was 2mb/256. Great I thought.....they've upped my speed to match their pricing for new customers. Then last week I noticed it was slow so I tested it here again and was gettting 400 down. When I went to the netopia page it said my connection was 512/256 so I'm getting the upload connection associated with 2mb but only 512 down. All Eircom will say is that they'll get an engineer to look at it. Anyone else having this problem? I'm on the Malahide exchange. |
