I have been using the PERMANET 4Mbs service for about a month now and cannot seem to get close to my rated speed. Please dont go onabout contention, as I understand the concept and have tested my connection during Peak & Off Peak times. eg. Just after tea, (18:30- 11
0 Peak), 5
0-6
0, (Off Peak). I have taken a large amount of readings and used numerous speed test sites, including this one.
I understand that these guys are new to the market and when I contact TECH Support it leaves a lot to be desired.
QUESTION: Anyone out there with the same issues using PERMANET???
