 Vodafone At Home Is ****
I have the same problem with Vodafone at Home. Left BT and signed up for their 7.6mb line, it took them 2 weeks and a **** load of phone calls from me to sort out the problems ( they had me on the 3mb package) finally they got it sorted. And now I find my speed is around 1.8mb...!!!..This from a 7.6mb line!!!...They have a **** service, and a **** customer care unit!!...Im canceling my contract and moving |
