I think the most annoying thing about
IBB is that they give the impression that the customers dont matter. I found that when I rang, I was a bit miffed but after 40 mins of "we are glad you called, please hold" and "your call is important to us, please stay on the line" you want to f*****g kill someone when you get answer. Am I the only one that got the impression that as soon as you hung up they just forgot all about you and your "ticket". It may as well have been a lottery ticket, you would have as much chance of winning the Lotto as getting any help from them cowboys.
