As one who was with Chorus Broadband from the very beginning I think that they are going from strength to strength.
My relations with the previous owners of the Cable Network here in Killkenny were so soured that I threatened Court Action if they did not remove all their rubbish from my property
When Chorus bought them out and upgraded the cable I signed for Broadband only. The guy who installed it was a real expert and I got a neat functional connection.
Recently I upgraded to 3Mb option and d/l started to freeze. I thought it was my PC which was at fault but to my surprise got a phone call from them saying my old modem was knackered and they were replacing it. Now I am getting excellent speeds and no more freezes.
I am not saying they are perfect but they seem to be getting their act together.
