you should maybe try smart telecom, were elligible for it i just found out, 35 per month and free line rental, unlimited downloads and they are offering up to 6 meg lines now, has to be an improvement on those jokers anyway!
By the way, i've done several speed tests and have never gotten higher than 540kbps d/l and were supposedly on 2meg!
