thanks for the advice Gavatron, I think that I will try switching to smart telecom. Their deal sounds much better than
IBB, and I should be able to get it as I know someone just up the road from me who has it and is very happy. Now I just have to try and get
IBB to disconnect me, which from the sound of the previous posts may be fun.
