Went for the 2meg line as there are 3 of us sharing. And usually have 4 or 5 lights on the box. However have never been able to successfully download any torrents, including linux iso's. If we can connect it's usually at a max of 10kb/s, that includes limewire and other peer to peer stuff too.

Does anyone else have this kind of difficulty?
Instant messenger runs **** too, get disconnected quite regularly. Same with skype.

Their customer service is pretty bad too. Had an invoice query and the only way they would handle it was to arrange for them to call me back, which came in a day late and at the wrong time so i couldn't talk. Never resolved that one.
And now in the last few weeks we've noticed a real drop off in connection speeds. Everything from 17Kbs/sec download to around 512Kbs/sec... not what we are paying for. Sent them an email about it 4 days ago and have not recieved a reply as yet.

Obviously getting real p*ssed of now and want to sort it out.
It's a real shame because they started off so well
