To question one: these speeds are perfectly normal and acceptable when using 1mb broadband. You're never going to get the full 1mb speed.
To question two: Do you mean when your laptop is not plugged into the power point or plugged in to the modem? If you mean the powerpoint perhaps your power conservation settings are set too high. If it's the modem can you give us the make and model. |
