Hi, just thought I'd update again. Still haven't tried P2P, and I honestly don't think there is any point given what people are saying but I can still play online games (currently, Half-Life 2, Counter-Strike, Battlefield 2 and Battlefield 1942) all with no difficulty (or tweaking). Also find streaming online tv to work fine. In short if people are still finding problems with these things they should contact Clearwire because it's obviously not something they are blocking everywhere and hence (I would imagine) its not a strict company policy to block these things.
Furthermore, if people are contacting them I find its best to ring rather than email - you get an instant response. I found the same thing for the 2 weeks I used
IBB (now they really suck) - but they responsed when you rand but not via email.
Just my two cents (again).
