2. Type in your username and password when requrested ("admin" for both, unless you have changed the password to your own, which is highly recommended).
3. Post the line stats that appear back here, mainly the Tx Bit Rate, Rx Bit Rate, Line Attenuation and Local SNR Margin figures. This should give some indication as to what sort of state your line is in.
