Basically running this firmware you can turn your Linksys into a small WiFI ISP. Lets say for example you wanted to setup a small neighborhood ISP, this firmware has all of the features you need, and because this firmware supports OSPF, RIP etc you can also have multiple AP's runninig to provide fully redundant links back to your ISP connection......i might be wrong but i think this firmware even keeps track of usage for billing purposes etc. |
