Yeah, they're assholes. Already sent a load of complaints (about 5 each day and counting...) through the contact form on the website. 3 days in and still no reply. Funny how I got my first invoice the evening of my install.
So i'm going to mainly dump them on the crappy customer support factor.

It's true though, browsing and so on is without problem. Still curious how limewire worked last week with a turbo connection though... Should have left my pc connected!
And has anyone actually reached the 20gb limit? What happens? I assume it just stops carrying. I spent so much time trying to diagnose the port problem i wasted about 5 gig in the first 2 days downloading tools and tried every last p2p and bittorrent client. |
