This is very similiar to the problems that I had with
IBB, it seems to me that the wireless providers are selling products that they cannot back up with bandwidth, i.e. if they have a big sales drive and flog say a 1,000 connections thay cannot necessarily guarntee that they have the capacity to back up all the new customers.
When it's twigged you get the mushroom treatment (feed 'em lots of s***e and turn out the lights 'till you go away or the site gets upgraded)!!! Hence when you sign up a leap of faith is required. Anyway watch this space!
