There was an outage last week. Seems to have improved (again) since then.
I have most of my home phones connected to Blueface VOIP - I can always tell when there are QOS problems with
IBB as the phones become unusable. When it's good it's good but when it's bad it stinks......still reluctant to get rid of my PSTN line until
IBB prove they're not of bunch of amatures.
