Why don't they post on the website that there's a 20gb limit on the performer package. Too little information. I rang tech support - was told to turn of my firewall and run 'tracert www.google.com'. Most of the call was the obviously uninformed tech staff telling me how great the connection was.One hour later I ring back and i'm told i've breached my 20gb limit - after a little complaining.
So i ring sales, and tell them it's not posted anywhere on the performer package page (
http://www.clearwire.ie/cwi/product_...cts_id=966452), that there's a 20gb limit. No response other than there is a limit.
Whereas the freedom package does have the 10gb limit information stated.

I thought this kind of thing was illegal.
My connection is too slow to provide me with the same FAQ page I found yesterday on Clearwire.ie, stating that certain packages have no download limit. Which packages, it does not say.
I'll be complaining a little more, and starting a customer group soon.
