Agreement on poor QoS Been a customer for 4+ yrs and never been impressed with performance or support. UTV always point the finger at Eircom when there are problems but I always have to chase them to get this information, they are not proactive. Support tickets take days and days to be responded to and when they are sometimes it's by sales people looking for screen dumps.
Even their response to current market demands is non-existant. When Magnet and Smart came looking for my business I put it up to UTV and asked what their response was. Still waiting for a reply....
...also still with them. As is obvious to anyone who reads these fora there are no oustanding service providers in this jurisdiction. As soon as there is they are going to be very busy.
The only thing that's consistent with them is upload speed of 207 kbps. Download is between 600 and (rarely) 1591 kbps (max) |
