It just improved [for a while]. Service has become a bit erratic lately. Yesterday I was getting excellent speeds at just under 2mbps down and up. Today, I'm down to around 800kbps down and 300kbps up.
I was keeping a log a couple of weeks ago and speeds have definitely improved since then, particularly uploads as they were usually <100kbps
