 Bt Connection Hell
I’m also having the biggest nightmare with BT. I connected up with them in March 06 and have had nothing but trouble from billing to slow speeds. My Internet is so slow now certain websites won’t even open, nor can I put an attachment on an email.
I have been on to technical support numerous times over the past few months, I’ve been promised the earth, I’ve sat at home and waited for technicians that have never appeared and been promised phone calls from tech support that never came……….
They are the biggest time wasters, their latest excuse the problem is my laptop! Even though I’ve tried to tell them it doesn’t work on several computers I’ve tried.
Can anyone recommend a good service provider in the Finglas area?? I'm slowly going insane
