Sean, I'm a BT user so simply because of their prices, and for me so far, their performance is adequate enough for me. But you can change to UTV, who I was previously with. They were quite good, and over the one and a half years of me using them, my connection was dropped no more than 10 times. Another bonus is that they don't require you to switch to their phone service. Here's a link for you:
