Fair enough. I've no idea about your circumstances. I'm still able to get full speed and haven't had downtime once. I'm not the only person on my street. My next door neighbour has it (same building as me, I presume they're on the same transmitter, I know they only use it for work though so they're not big downloaders). There's somebody not far from me in the same estate (I've no idea if they're on the same transmitter as me). Although I've downloaded a fair bit since I got the connection so maybe I'm the new customer that's making it crap for everybody else.

By the way if the link goes crap I'll be the first here to let you know.

Technically 1 extra customer on your link shouldn't cause your link to go to 9k down. When I was signing up I asked the sales guy what their fare use policy was (they referred to it on their website but I couldn't find it). He told me that there was no max download limit but that they may prioritise other traffic (web, email etc.) if I was using the link to the detriment of other users. That sounded fair enough to me.
