I too would dig a digi web connection but I'm living in rented accomodation, am I correct in thinking the radio modem needs to be installed outside somewhere and possibly with an antenna? I had to get clearwire as it was the only thing that wouldn't change the apartment in anyway , its perfectly fine for web browsing and lately even battlefield2, but voice over IP and some other games are all over the place, I sometimes get my ping down to 50 000 in act of war which is just not helping much. I also don't like the fact that they cap you without an email warning and you can't see how much data you have used, I download loads of HD videos which are pretty chunky in size, by link ofcourse because torrents are blocked (hdclips.net). If you have no other option Clearwire it is, but if you do, don't be a muppet. |
