this dosn't help me find out why they are so crap. my speed has gone to the dogs and i can't play games online anymore
i might as well have dial up. and their tech suport is so slow i'd read the manual and fix the problem my self in half the time they would. i mean pings on a fixed wireless system should be better than those on dsl in theory. not sure about the physics but don't radio waves travel faster than electricty?
