i have phoned about it too.they said an engineer will check it out !!! how long i wonder will it take.my upload is fairly constant it is the download thats the problem. Is the network not able to handle the extra users or what

i have aslo done offpeak tests and it does not seem to be any better, maybe because all business computers are left online 24/7
mine has been getting worse in the last week or so !!
