I have the metro basic 3mbdown and 512 up and 30gb download cap
I have been really happy with digiweb until now
So I went over the 30 gig cap by 10 =40 ,fair enough they cut my speedfor a week until the end of the month 12kbs max which meant I could surf but as for downloading a no no ,but I agreed I went over fair
Next month comes and I hope to resume full service but heres the catch theyre bringing that extra 10 gig forward,,So you may think I have 20 to spare NO My speed is still cut a week into the new month "to bring me in accordance with the limit" but after 2 and a haf weeks im stll 10 gig over so the tech said he'l email whoever deals with it but hes not there till tuesday
What a joke they expect me to pay for a service Im not receiving literally
They could have emailed me when I reached 30 but no only when I weny over
There should be an instant cap on 30 but no or even a 1 euro penalty for 1 gig over sumtn like that OR EVEN TAKE IT FROM THE NEXT MONTH
They should not be allowed to cut your speed in a new month to virtually nothing for a while till they decide therefore screwing you out of money
