Dude, I know you prob'ly don't want to hear this. But this problem is not going to solve itself. If I were you I would reject all debit orders from them (call your bank), and begin legal procedings for breach of contract. Now, getting lawyers involved is maybe a step too far, but the problems you're facing is there because the general public accepts this (think of what drops from the backend of a bull after a nice curry)
I say we should stop accepting it.
I say we should name and shame the companies doing these dodgy tactics, and everyone that is subscribed to them reject payment until they listen. WE ARE THE CUSTOMER. They rely on US for THEIR survival - and it's about time they started respecting that. |
