Basically the letter outta complaints explains
Say the first month you get metro then use every bit of the 30 gb download limit
You are limited to 1gb everyday there after unless you dont use it
the clock never resets to zero unless you dont use it it, builds up 1 gb a day
Nevermind the fact they cut my speed for 3 weeks for 10 gb I owe thats a month
They call it a good service for letting you go over 30gb
Hey im in favour of good servive going over your limit a little
not when they tell you 10 gb after
and then cut your speed and take it away and the service then after
Money outta me screw ye im gonna try ntl
Even if they did somehow in high hell improve the month thereafter they aint gettin paid for this month
