 Contention
Looks like it, I have a router problem, my snazzy linksys RV082 top o the line router is having "issues", where as my cheap & tacky Linksys works just fine, so I am monitoring my bandwidth on an hourly basis. In my case my UP&DOWN speeds do vary, so it would appear that the dreaded C work is comming into play. |
