They should have upgraded you automatically but there were problems. It took 3 weeks and several phone calls but once they made the change both the up/down speeds were much more reliably within the quoted range. One things to note. While making the change they also accidently changed 1) the phone plan that I was on and 2) added to my account a flat charge for dial-up internet (hmm, why would I want that when I'm paying for broadband). Anyway, once I got through to a supervisor they did credit my account and I think it was sorted ok. |
