I use Trillian to manage my MSN, Y!, ICQ and AIM accounts, but these days its mostly Skype. I think even people who are terrified of PC's are willing to use Skype for the free phonecall option, and that in turn is leading them to try other functions, such as the chat. Also, the conferencing option on Skype is excellent; we used it extensively in my last workplace and found it to be very useful. |
