NTL Suck Hey
I had an engineer out last thursday and he basicially said the company was in dissaray ...we tried to access the "account management system" on their hideous web site but after 14 minutes - it hadnt even loaded! eventually and with some patience on his part, we got it to load and were dumb founded that there was no and i mean NO information on my account! .
He was trying to check that i was actually down for the 6 MB option ( im getting average of 2.6) he promised to check with "customer relations" - week on still no hear! - it took 4 weeks to get a reply last time.
Basicially its like this, huge contention causing low speed.
Very little attention to investment in system infrastructure.
Comreg said sorry but they ( NTL) are not under their juristriction.
Please be advised NTL is NOT THE WAY TO GO . |
