its nationwide alright, both the chorus and NTL networks are having the same issues, ( Both owned and joined to the UPC/chello network ).
NTL because they reduced available bandwidth when switching from NTL:UK to the CHello network, and with Chorus probably cause they have now oversubscribed since bringing in the 3 month free offer. The entire system seems to be creaking |
