I use digiweb metro, only problem i had was last weekend when it was a little stormy, i had very low download speeds, but id imagine that was due to weather conditions.
This rumour of port blocking is interesting though because when i use utorrent it runs a port test and always says the port is not open and im not quite an experienced enough pc person to fix it.
As for the traffic quota, it says 30gb per month, so i assumed i could download 30gb and start of next month it would be reset. It doesnt work that way. If you decide to download alot e.g 5GB on a certain day, evn if its near the end of the month, you wont get that 5GB back off your quota untill 30 days later. so its a kind of ongoing thing. Also they only warn your near your limit once you've crossed it, which can be a little dodgy at times.
But overall, id recommend them, good service, reliable so far and good value
