i use MSN/Yahoo for those without Skype, and I use Miranda IM to manage my accounts (it does all the others as well).
As for calls/SMS i use skype, its great, for calls i have bought a Voskey Call Center which allows me to connect my normal phone to the PC. it allows me to make/receive standard and skype calls, and since the phone is cordless, i can make a skype call in the garden. |
