When i lived in the North i could get a 10mb NTL connection for the equivalent of 50 euros. I move down to Dublin and theres bugger all choice. Cant get NTL in my area, actually ordered IBB over the phone but the engineer never ever showed up to install it, so 2 months later we got Smart.
Smart to be fair has been pretty reliable for us up until whats happening now, but still only a 3mb service and still costing too much in comparison to other countries.

Look at the bright side smart are going to give you 3Meg extra upgrade till the end of 2006 for Free,not bad...
