Anyone out there ahve perlico? Im getting really slow speeds on the 1Mb dsl package. averaging only 300kbps over the last 2-3 weeks since I got it in. QoS is in the 50%ish range dropping to 25% at times!!! My ping times are in the hundreds of ms range. I loose packets on about every third ping. What I'd like to know is if there's anyone else using perlico and how they're getting on. Could it be my line or my setup?
I'm just about ready to dump them and switch to BT. They haven't replied to my emails or anything, seem to be a really bad company to deal with (and I thought eircom were bad
). I've heard bad reports about the ZyXel modems, could it be that... surely they wouldn't ship a modem that'd piss all their customers off from the start
Any comments/info would be great.
