yea i agree, i thought they were fine for the first month then i had a few disconnection issuse, now my speed is almost as bad as dial up, if it wasn't for the contract i would have changed by now. contracts just allow companys to give you a crap service and elimenate the competition. also i have yet to find out what the contention ratio is for chorus. i'm on a 3mb connection and i might as well just have the 1mb or slower, would be the same thing. tried to ring tech support but cost me a fortune on hold so got pissed off and hung up. damn them and their contract! |
