They came out to me on Monday and replaced my box (the one inside by the computer) and upgraded the firmware on the aerial. Been mostly ok since then - a few brief outages and a bit slow last night. A major improvement over previously - so far, at least. Nowo - where in the Links are you? They apparently replaced a backhaul link from Rushbrooke to Currabinny last Friday so things should have improved..... |
