 new UTV speed ??
Just got UTV broadband installed last Friday. I had no end of trouble getting on line. I spent all day Saturday, and Monday evening and Tuesday evening sorting out the problem. Now its working but when I do a speed test I am only getting 1 Meg. It’s never gone over one at all. I should be getting 2. Has any one got the same problem? I don’t know a lot about speeds or computers so when I call technical support I can’t argue with what they tell me. I would assume that it should go over the 1 meg result at least once in a speed test, but its not. |
