Hi,
I have a friend who has been with callidus for the past 14 months. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. They have more down time than they do supply the service. Their support is awefull. The management head you off with a receptionist who does not return your calls and she does not deal with complaints effectively. My friend is currently going with Regional Broadband and later on when they expand their service, she will go with Irish Broadband.
I am with Irish Broadband and will never change. They have a great backup service and are there in the event of failure, unlike callidus.
