 Service update
Well guys its time for an update.
I have had the callidus "service" now for a couple of months and all I can say is that there has been more ups and downs than the Oakwook rollercoster. Just when your in a panic to send that important email.....the service is down.
FRUSTRATING......a week has not passed troublefree. As for complaints, waste of breath. All you hear is "We are doing an upgrade soon". At first I believed them and gave tham the benefit of the doubt but there is only so many time you can listen to lies. I was even offered a reduction of fee until service improved which didnt happen. After doing a tracert I found an AP at 10.0.1.21 which shows a graph of throughput which at least proves its not my PC every time the service drops. Another big problem I found is that their DNS servers seem to be as unreliable as their connection. I switched to eircoms 159.134.237.6. I know its the oldest server on the planet but its reliable.
Now to start calling the competition...... |
