Im using
IBB in the Tralee area and my connection is a little slow (averages out about 800kbps download and 512kbps upload) My torrents were running about 150-200Kbps until Jan and have dropped dramatically to about 10 since. Could be a port blocking issue as i use Usenext also and am getting download speeds of above 200kpbs with them. Also I would suggest if you're on a wireless network to give your general location as quality varies wildly from area to area on all wireless networks. My nearest transmitter is 2km away and in direct line-of-sight on a mountain base so most of the slowdowns i expect are oversubscribing to that transmitter.
