A week ago today Nova came out to me, replaced the unit and now I don't have any connection failures. They upgraded the software and did some speed tests.
I've been monitoring for the past week and I am getting constant bandwidth. MySpeeds are around the T1 mark and I can download about 12MB a minute. My average speed seems to be about 235KB/s. That should be about right, shouldn't it..?
Service I have got from Nova is excellent. It probably wouldn't be as good from the larger service providers, so if it stays that way I won't hesitate to renew my contract in July. |
