My LBB connection has been almost unusable for the past three weeks, which causes me severe problems as it my Business broadband. There have been so many times when I have been working away on some important project and half way through the broadband disappears, losing all my work. It has not just be an inconvenience, it actually loses me money, or costs me money. I have been on the phone to them so many times, and they are always very nice, but my connection is still miserable.
See attached jpg, this is the fastest speed in a long time, and that's at 22.30 tonight, I couldn't run the test earlier as my broadband wouldn't work. Notice that my upload speed was too low to be measured |
