I've just check on mytraffic.digiweb.ie to see how much I've been downloading & uploading & I realized that after they show you your download & upload amounts they add them both together & label it as traffic.

Then underneath they show your monthly traffic quota allowance for whatever package your on,which got me thinking.

I was always under the impression that there was unlimited uploads with any net provider & in particular Digiweb so why does it say total monthly traffic allowance is 40gb??? That would also include uploads aswell as downloads.

Surely that can't b right,especially for 42 euros a month.

I've called them and they have said that it's the download that's capped not upload but I don't want a nasty surprise at the end of the month with either a huge bill for over useage or a reduced line speed as a result of going over my allowance.

Can anyone shed any light on this?
