Stay away from this crowd, their customer "support" is just rubbish. Never reply to you and they don't seem to give a damn about the customer. Always giving excuses... how about this, you ring their technical line to find out that nobody has a clue about the technical issues. "sorry sir, we are completely gobsmacked, will you ring tomorrow, maybe someone might know something..." What a pathetic excuse for a company. |
well you will always get one or a few people that are in total twilight zone sort of place , i have been a customer with clearwire for over a year now.
and have had to deal with there customer support on a few occasions due to my own messing around with my laptop ,Admitedly they can be difficult to reach sometimes , but have found that if you send a mail to support@clearwire and state your issue and request a call on a date and time
and they havent let me down yet. more than usefull and always helpfull.
I have been a customer with Ntl Eircom irish BB And now with clearwire and
havent looked elsewhere since.
