Skype is skypes problem there are many other voip systems which work just fine freecall.com blueface people think skype is the be all and end all of voip
this page opens in about three seconds flat for me. i use blueface with ease
speed test 1.683 kbps download fair enough its not 2 meg but not a mile off.
its the same with most other providers worse in irish bb ripwave is more like rip off . but i realise you get what you pay for look around you will see.
