No excuses for a support team not knowing their stuff.. no excuse at all!
Where paying a huge €49 which is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay higer than a phone line for a service which claims it is somthing it is clearly not! It's the same old rip off crap from companies in Ireland! If CW is not for games and dling then they should advertise that and make the price cheeper because if I am paying a huge 49 a month I expect EVERYTHING to be working fine!!



P.S to those leaving CW make sure you cancel before your 12 months is up as they trick you in the T&C's where by you automatically enter a new contract for 12 months when your old one is up! This is NOT standard practice for Irish companies and is purly CW being as devious as possible and ripping you off for as much as they can!
